Pick-up, Delivery & Return Information

PICK UP POINT Information

For the time being, we are available for PICK UP as following:

  • KTM Service Center by NKS
    • Monday till Saturday : 10am - 6pm
    • Sunday: 10am - 3pm

To select pick up as delivery choice, please select option "Pick up from Store" upon check out the purchase.

Buyer need to confirm purchase with Successful Money Bank In/Credit Card payment before every Friday.

 

Delivery / Shipping Information


All parcels are delivery by SKYNET and POSLAJU. Customer is given an option to select their preferable delivery company.

For any oversea customer who wish to purchase from us, kindly please refer International Delivery Rate for more information.

 

Delivery Insurance (Optional but recommended if parcel is RM100 and above)

As Moto99.My do not responsible for any lost and missing during the delivery by our respected courier companies, therefore we advise customer to take up Delivery Insurance if the total purchase is more than RM100 as courier company only pay RM100 for any lost or missing if happen.

Please do contact us if you would like to request delivery insurance. 

 Insurace Coverage Charges:

  • Peninsular Malaysia : 1.8% of the amount insured 
  • East Malaysia and Internation: 2.0% of the amount insured 
  • Minimum Charge is RM5.00

 

Return Policy

The returned goods/products must be attached together with its original receipt and the goods/products shall be in good condition and order. Packaging or labelling shall also be in original state as per original shipping container received. If the goods/products has been used or installed, tampered or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. MOTO99.MY will not be responsible if your shipment of goods/products are lost during the return transit. Once we have inspected, checked and confirmed the returned goods/products, customers will received their refund in specific customer's Moto99.my  account within 3 to 5 working days.

 

Note: Please be informed that there are goods/products that are strictly not returnable & refundable, due to its product content, usage guidelines, shelf life, expiry time, storage condition and other related characteristics. Each good/product may vary accordingly. At MOTO99.MY, we take this great measure to ensure the highest quality of goods/products to all customers.
